If you are overthinking it, then you have spent too much valuable time.

Knowing that you can let go of all that overthinking, and yet, you hold on to it like it means something. That’s painful.
3 Steps to Ending Overthinking
… Overthinking is wired mainly to fear, thus creating worry, anxiety, and panic attacks. It’s mentally draining and destructive.
1. Remind yourself that they are just thoughts, not actuality. Write your thoughts down in a journal. Do a mental brain dump. By accomplishing this, there is a sense of relief that can help you.
2. Recognize the start of overthinking. When your brain is in overdrive. Snap yourself out of it by getting out or doing something productive.
3. Say to yourself. This is only temporary, and it will not define me or my day. Practice, practice, and practice, and you find over time that you’ll transition to a mental clarity of healing and diminishing the fear that used to hold you captive.
Here’s to wishing you happy thoughts and a light-hearted spirit.
