Manifesting Healing: Reset, Retrain, Recognize
1. Reset. Get enough rest so that your mind, body, and spirit feel refreshed and energized.
2. Retrain. It’s too easy to get stuck in a rut, eating good food, exercise, and meditation have some amazing benefits for the mindset.
3. Recognize. Figure out your feelings, are they valid or are you just overreacting because you don’t feel good mentally, or physically.
I will take one step, one moment at a time, practice in pacing myself, so that my results are one of positive energy and one of achievements, no matter how big or small, instead of disappointment.
